Jack Elam trying to catch the fly in the barrel of his pistol whilst waiting for harmonica man (Bronson) at the station in Once upon a time in the west.
Also the black guy catching rainwater in his Stetson and drinking it from the brim.
Fantastic imagery given what follows.
My favourite film of all time.

True Romance, when the leads dad knows that no mater what he does or says, he is already dead, so he asks for a ciggie and then full on offends to the killer (Walken) sitting in front of him. A near perfect, 'fk you' moment.
Tarantino's favourite bit of writing. Masterful.

Very few moments in film have made me go a bit breathless.

A vignette from Danny Boyles’ Sunshine. . . one of my favourite films with many other great scenes.

Fixing the solar reflectors to the adagio is also fabulous.

Edit TH it’s a fantastic sci fi. A must watch imho however just turn it off 7 or so minutes before the end.
Oh and don’t search for other scenes.

That was brilliant, yes. I don't even know what the eggplant reference means but it's reception by Walken's character showed it worked. smile

The Italian racial slur 'moulingon' (spelling?) comes from a regional pronunciation of the Italian for eggplant, immigrants were called this because the colour of their skin matched the colour of an eggplant.. This part, including the cantaloupe comeback and laughter was said to have been an ad lib improvisation, but please not, all if what I have written may be urban mythology of the first order.

I disagree . . . Always watch the whole film. The end is not too bad considering all that went before it.

Sunshine also has a brilliant soundtrack.

The Scent of a Woman is an all time favourite of mine.
My favourite bit is when he steps onto the dance floor and they start to tango

Sunshine, the worst and most boring danny boyle film for me, I'll never bother with it again, not for any price!

Dracula's demise in the hammer movies is something
But this one from Taste The Blood Of Dracula:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07sAX1-50HA

I really love as its one that isn't that obvious. It was only later on I twigged that Dracula is overcome by the spirit of the church itself once it has been re consecrated.

The ending of a Bridge to Far when they are singing Abide With Me they sing the line shine through the gloom and the scene cuts to a grave

The arrival of the Prussians in Wateroo (1970)
"No pity, no prisoners"

The SAS attack sequence in Who dares Wins

IMHO the greatest sequence from any James bond film the simply wonderful attack on Piz Gloria sequence and this shot in particular of the helicopter emerging from the right

I think Back to the Future is a near-perfect film. It's just joyful and brilliant.
I agree, one of my all time favourite movies if not my top movie. So many great moments in the movie.

Also the moment when Marty uses the skateboard to take on Biff and his gang is up there too.

In OHMSS I like it when COuntess saves Bond. He's on an ice rink in a crowd, tired, out out ideas and scared. Rare if not unique in BOnd history. THen the COuntess skates up and he smiles.
