The whole speech in Scent of a Woman, but if I'm allowd 5 seconds I'll take "There was a time I could see. And I have seen. Kids like these - younger than these, with their arms torn out, legs ripped off. But there is nothing like the sight of an amputated spirit. There is, no prosthetic for that.
"What life?! I got no life! I'm in the dark here! You understand? I'm in the dark!"Highrisedrifter said:

Truman Show - "In case I don't see ya.... good afternoon good evening and goodnight" right before he steps through that final door.
Just watched this again. I totally agree with you. Beautiful moment in an excellent film."A Town like Alice" when Virginia Mckenna and Peter Finch meet again at the tiny airport after the shared suffering of capture by the Japanese during WW2
"Scrooge" when Alastair Sim walks into his nephews house and says "Can you forgive a silly old fool all these years" etc
"The Ten Commandments" When Charlton Heston as prince Moses releases the stone cutter Nathan after he strikes an Egyptian worker.
"The Maggie" when the wee boy turns to Paul Douglas and says "And Good Luck to you"

Groundhog Day when he jumps off the bell tower. Always thought that short clip and the music accompanying it were quite touching.
Clip here at 0:25.
Gladiator
Maximus: "I knew a man who once said Death smiles at us all. All that man can do is smile back."
Commodus: "I wonder, did your friend smile at his own death?"
Maximus: "You must know. He was your father."
Oooh, that's gotta hurt!
And lastly, Crimson Tide, just for the 'seal that bay' scene. Tough call.

Arnie strides over to the bushes which are still swaying after the departure of the monster they cannot see. A flourescent green liquid drops lazily down, leaf on leaf.
" If it bleeds, we can kill it."
I love that whole film, but moment when the tide turns and they realise they might have shot at this extra-terestial beast is a good one for me..
