I found White Bear very disturbing. Dunno why. I understand the idea of 'torturing' her to fit the crime but somehow the whole concept upset me.

I've watched the first 2.

Nosedive: meh, ok but not as good as I hoped

Playtested: very good and on form IMO.

I'm also 2 episodes in. Didn't think either of them were great. I won't pass judgment until I've watched them all, but I suspect NetFlix may have influenced the content in a way that C4 did not.

seemed a bit odd to me
since she had her memory wiped each time, what was the point other than for the 'enjoyment' of the general public in filming her ?
anyway, a great series with an impressive range of ideas by the writers smile

I'm 4 in so far. Really enjoyed the last one (San Junipero), best episode of all time IMO! They've done a great job with this

All good apart from the latest (Netflix only season) in my opinion

Agreed, I didn’t think season 4 was all that good

My friend finally started watching them so, has recently watched season 1 to 4 over a couple of weeks. He asked me if an American company had bought them after season 2 because they became less dark and more Americanised. I told him, yes Netflix bought them from season 3 onwards.

Great news!

I think it lost a bit of ‘edge’ when it went to Netflix, but it was always interesting.
The Christmas episode was easily the best. That ending still haunts me.

That the one with Jon Hamm? That was great, sticks in my mind too.
