It's always been a slow burner.
Showed signs of picking up last week.

This is a particularly dreary start though.Showed signs of picking up last week.

Now that Quinn has been gassed off his face, there are now zero characters that I care about,
Will Brodie make a comeback? I miss him.

I meant Irish ones ( we get it Tuesday nights ), but I see none listed for UK (C4) either this week . They've both missed a week, something in the plot needed changing possibly ?
Must depend on where you're looking. Ep4 is listed for 12/02 @ 9pm on Channel 4http://www.radiotimes.com/tv-programme/e/fjnry2/ho...

No loss for that character in the van. The guy was annoying anyway.
Though you could see what was probably coming his way pretty much as soon as they had him driving in that direction.Agree he was an annoying idiot. I'd have let him go back to jail if I'd been the lawyer and he went off posting stuff again.

Agree entirely. Now relegated to watching it with one ete whilst I read the Sunday papers.
The frustrating part is that we, the audience, can see where this is going. Quinn will connect the truck bomb to the guy in the apartment and he'll show Carrie his photo collection as proof and she'll believe him but what they'll do instead is drag this very simple task out for weeks rather than in the 10 minutes it should actually take. Seems to be the modus operandi of many TV series these days though (eg Taboo...)M
But it's still got your attention though (just) - you're still posting about it!
I normally lose patience with drama series quite quickly but Homeland always delivers for me. Always a slow-burn, but then ramps up and usually delivers gut-wrenching tension. The last series was weaker, I thought the one before in Pakistan was very strong - especially the ambush scenes etc.
