I might be getting my Homeland trailers and characters confused but I'm convinced Dar made an appearence in a pre-season trail. There's no way he'll be out of jail in this series is there?

Maybe it's Saul, and he's throwing Carrie off the scent.
I agree. Seems too obvious to be Dante at this point with what Saul said.

I've never gone off Homeland. It needs to mostly contain, or build up to, 'tradecraft', swat teams, blackops and the like. Then it's ace.

It's a shame they didn't focus heavily on Quinn and his black ops mates in Syria. with their ability to portray tension, that would have been amazing.

Perhaps Dante is a (triple?) agent - i.e. the pesky Ruskys think he's their man but really he's working for Saul. Or Dar. Or David Willington, who has the brilliant disguise of appearing to be a total eejit.

What has happened to the comedy genius known as Brett O'Keefe?

What was the cause of the FBI wanting to bring him in? I'm still unclear on that.

He was involved in the election rigging and ultimately the assassination attempt on the president in the previous series and had been on the run since

no but she is a terrible mother...jeez.

poor max too - he is one of the good guys but I hope he comes through

one of the annoying things about this is how does Carrie convince so many people to work for nothing - she's got no money, dante can't bankroll covert ops surely?

interesting twist about Kabul station chief stuff...

if the phone rang and ol' mental Carrie was on the other end you'd pull the line out the line and move house / hang up and destroy phone and SIM

starting to find her utter uselessness grating again, once again I find myself hoping Saul will bump her off and continue the show without her

That was ace, nice twist.

And for anyone watching, the programme they mentioned on boxsets is one of the best that C4 have made, watch it.
