Danes just comes across as a wide eyed hysterical OCD in this though, (yes, that is the aim of her character, I realise that)
You would.... but you'd fear for your nethers? biggrin

She has a rather masculine face.
I am starting to find her overacting somewhat tiresome.

Inconceivable that a multi-millionaire couldn't afford more than one silver sales-rep BMWs.

my OH thought this weeks' ep was excellent - me less so, i still don't buy the love story element but hey ho, still good viewing.

the plot is getting thicker than a great big pan of blended vegetable broth...

clare danes - certified hottie though - I deffo would.

I can see Brody and the VP falling out over the car accident and it reigniting his hatred for him - the VP will want Dana to take the fall for the accident.

Lewis plays it so well though....truth, lies, truth... we're still not quite sure and thankfully a proper grown up series...

full marks
I'm with you on all the above apart from Danes = hottie ... Not in my eyes Brodys wife now were talking she puts the Swing in Swing (Wayne's world)

Just now catching up on Sunday's episode (currently on C4) and had to think hard as to where I'd seen that young(ish) US interigator before.

I then realised he's played by Rupert Friend. Here he is in his first movie: http://www.waitsel.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/201...

He starred with Joan Plowright in that: http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt0421229/ and used to date Keira Knightly.

So, of the six main characters in this drama, three are played by (good) British actors!

Is there a need for an 'ahead of the UK Homeland' Homeland thread?

I thought last nights' ep was a bit dissapointing...

Up until the incident in the shop it was a bit flat...that probably means I missed something REALLY important...

felt like quite a repetetive script too...

roll on next week

I like this but agree that there just wasn't enough last night to keep me interested.

It's starting to feel a bit 24 like imo.

I like Damien Lewis but now my mum has ruined Homeland for me.

She said his mouth looks like a puckered up arse.

See. Ruined!

Slightly off topic and im in no way an expert on these matters but..

I think the acting from the whole cast is superb and very believable.

Something that is very very rare these days..

That is all..

biggrin
