Full Peter Kaye Warburtons "Pride and Breadjudice" ad.

Saw it the other day and couldn't quite believe they'd put such a long ad on tv.

Needless to say, now showing much shorter versions.

Yep, that is a good one. Finally saw the full version last night. Follows up nicely from the one featuring the Muppets around the same time last year smile

Haven't seen the Warburtons ad but they are taking up at least 5 of the massive illuminated advert sites on the Cromwell Road West bound in Earls Court.

Must be costing a fortune (or a lot of bread)

The Marmite Gene Project - test results advert.
I can't remember the last time I genuinely laughed out loud at an advert - I love the way this is so melodramatic.

I'm still not going to buy any of the foul substance though, obviously.

Watch it carefully - I've spotted a couple of off-centre things like the embroidery sampler with "I ? BLTN" or somesuch which I interpret as I love Bolton. Then there's the bronze whippets on the glass shelves in the present day boss's office. "Absolutley BANGIN' " quoth she.

Best advert I've seen in ages, in fact the ONLY one I unmute the telly for. So many clever little details.

But why take down an advert on copyright grounds?? Surely they want people to see it wobble
My thought too. Perhaps it's a lure to watch the 'live' version?

I haven't looked through the entire thread, but IMO Honda cogs is miles ahead of anything.

The Cadbury Gorilla ad is awesome too.

Out of the current stuff the 'cat with no pulse' Specsavers one always tickles us.

I'd forgotten that one! Brilliant!

Hold on to your hats, it'll be time for the John Lewis Christmas advert soon.............and all the copycats from the downmarket stores. The Mumsnet ladies will be clutching their pants with excitement.

It's the piano bang at the end that always gets me, portraying her as a mad old bat laugh

There's an advert for divorce lawyers on Sky News ad breaks this week it looks like a GCSE project. Everywhere he looks there is a big badly handmade cardboard cutout of a 'D'.

He looks in his kids bedroom and there's the D.

How it got past the marketing department is beyond me.

You don't seem to think highly of this advert, so I think you may have strayed into the wrong thread. Might I suggest the "Adverts that make you wanna smash your tv set up" thread?

The sofa one with Owen Wilson.

It's just a perfect combination, love to watch/listen to Owen WIlson, started with a Shakey quote which I didn't know and which just hit home. And it didn't push or felt like it. I normally hate stars in ads too.

Best advert always has been and always will be John West Salmon with the Ali shuffle grizzly.

Utter genius

Does it make you want to buy tinned salmon though? Not really

I liked "Still. Killing. Weeds."

I realise I may well be in a minority on that one.
