You’re seeing a carefully curated Bartlett he’s a full scale tt in reality.

There should be an index on how many times SB mentions he has a girlfriend on Dragons den - is it 5-10, 10-20, or 21+ per episode?

Look at me, I've got a girlfriend, a proper girlfriend reading a bestseller. I go out and have croissants. I'm just a normal, functioning member of the human race, and there's no way anyone can prove otherwise

Woke up this morning and thought I'd order some of that granola stuff (took me a few googles to remember the name though!). It's a few quid so hardly going to change the world, but a pop-up told me to expect a considerable delay after the broadcast. I thought she was great. I'm also on the weight-loss thread, so don't tell anyone over there hehe

The guy with the thermostat seemed nice, the device looks dated though. The kids' makeup I can't remember if she got investment or not, and there was probably another pitch or two I can't remember at all. I still think it's easy TV, but nothing very exciting these days.

The fact that people are unable to grasp a thermostat says more about the people involved than the tool. As I recall we covered it in GCSE physics and looking it up it's 200 years old!

More to do with people not caring about burning money if it's not their money they are burning. wink

His thermostat seemed way overpriced for what it was. £160-£220 for what's basically a timed off switch?

I thought he was gay... the amount he mentions his 'girlfriend' just makes me more suspicious

IMO if you need to explain how the thermostat works then it's way too complicated! Thought the design behind it was really poorly thought out and my Nest thermostat can already do most of what his did and is similar price.

Something about the thermostat pitch that surprised me, was nobody seemed the question the price to produce the product.

The cost, x 10 times that of a conventional product, but basically just a timer. Surely Touker can use one of his contacts to significantly reduce costs.

Has she factored in the increased methane production into her green credentials?
