Darcy Bussell just seemed nervous but in fairness to her she gave every single competitor some good, practical advice which I thought was excellent - rather than just reeling off a list of what they had done ste ala CRH!

Colin Salmon FTW I reckon - he is smooth!

Denise - yum

They don't have anybody to replace Bruce with - that's the problem.

Possibly not as popular with the viewing public though?

I could be wrong...

Unlikely. Unless you can play the "Im taking the p1ss and getting away it because I can" card without coming across as a smug tt. Bruce plays a very deliberate character and he is the only guy active in showbiz who could do it.

I reckon that vacuous tt from the One Show would suit strictly down to the ground. Just the right amount of camp, and didn't he win/do well in this a few years back?

Yeah, me either. I know he presents it though. You must also have seen it enough to form the opinion that it's st.

Matt Baker, that's the one.

He opened a local fete/flower show over the weekend and the local rag spelt his name as 'Marr Baker'. That's about right, isn't it?

Thats not a bad shout actually. His radio show is quite good and shows a more rounded, twinkling cheeky and slightly egrarious side of him.

I have a theory as to why most blokes love Fern.

The only time we see her on daytime telly is when we are off work and feeling ill. She's so mummsie and huggable just when we are at our lowest ebb and need a pick-me-up.
