Plywood house insulated with oldcopies of the daily mail. Should be a cheap build.

4. They said the 2 studies double up as bedrooms.

Weird that the 2 comfy-shoed types are building separate bedrooms.

Yes, but a very cosy house. Mind with all those joints, is bound to be anything but.

The rats will love the cosiness of that warm gap under the floor.

Seems a very small scale and slow way of making a house, ok if it was in the middle of nowhere, and had no transport links.

By my thinking you could bash out panels much larger than that on a laser cutter in an afternoon? and have them shipped?

Especially when they find an entry into the paper insulation.

Why are they making one panel box out of one piece of ply? why not make each section out of 3 bits of ply then each section could be 4 by 8 and there would be a lot less waist. Or am i being silly and missing something obvious.

It has the feeling of a solution looking for a problem.
