Whittaker looks every inch the intergalactic explorerhobo
If that waist band got any higher she could use her trousers as a bra.Shame as she is quite attractive, but I guess they couldn't possibly pander to that kind of sexist, non-pc thinking.

Colin Baker
Back in the mid 80's Dr Who went downhill rapidly with his taking the role over. There is more to it than that but it was a definite low point. The show is declining now rating wise and its glory days since the rebirth seem over.
Colin Baker had a "whacky" outfit too.

Definitely my least favourite Doctor but, to be fair, I’d have been happy enough if the stories were good. Which they weren’t. Much the same applies to Sylvester McCoy.Colin Baker

Strange, I thought he was the last good Dr. Colin Baker

Peter Davison being when I stopped watching.
Colin Baker wanted to have a nastier darker Doctor, that was the original plan, but the BBC blinked and fluffed it. Colin originally wanted the outfit that Chris Eccleston turned up on but they made Him wear the crap he ended up in. Hence the falling out and the first time the doc didn't 'hand over.'
