So am I but I have a horrible feeling I'm going to be left disappointed, and frustrated.

I don't mind if one of the sub-plots is left open, but I'll be seriously miffed if they don't conclude the main plot.

He's gonna waltz off into the sunset.

And I'll be ridiculously annoyed.

Series two scully will have to sleep on the floor of a Scottish police station.

Kind of hugely annoyed.

But there will be another one.

And the phone exchange at the end was excellent!

Cliffhanger! bds! Great series though and am looking forward to the next.

Humph. What a let down. Poor choice by the production crew IMHO - too many loose ends and a lack of nerve.

Still, Luther next month...

What a st ending. It didn't tie anything up, but wasn't a cliffhanger either confused

I can understand the way it ended so that they can get another series out if the plot, but having Paul's missus accept having a child sex offender for a husband and agreeing to bugger off to Scotland with him takes the pish.

I still have no idea how the bent cops/drugs/hookers sub-plot fits in. Also when did he manage to find the time to buy a new car?

Clearly he subscribes to the Pistonheads Best of the Bargain Basement thread......

Rather disappointed with the 5th and final episode of the season.

No real 'closure' on the events so far.

Quote from Wikipedia:

"On 27 May 2013 it was confirmed that The Fall has been recommissioned for a second series of 5 episodes, which is set to enter production in January 2014".

I guess I just missed this bit, but how did Scully know his name?

A previous victim while at university came forward - she was the friend of the medic I think.
