Yes it will probably be terrible/great, or actually terrible (I think Roboshark is rated as rock bottom for shark films at the moment).

No it gets better. Having now seen the sequels I can say its not. Sharknado 4 ius the best so far.
Cant wait to watch 5.

Films like The Room, Birdemic, Samurai Cop etc only work because the directors thought they were making high art and you can laugh at their incompetence. When you make a deliberately bad film, well you've just made a bad film.
