Not nice. Grow up you illiterate fool.
it was a joke you retard (a poor one at that), I spent half my life in Scotland so I am sure they can take a joke.

My literacy is not judged by posts on here as much a you may think so.

Why be unfunny, defensively rude and illiterate then? You lose by doing so.
Humour is a mater of taste, one man's funny isn't always going to be funny to other people. But I'm not seeing the illiteracy in what he said, or is that just a random retaliatory insult?

Christ put the handbags away ladies. Far too much "ooh I'm offended" going on, on here of late.

Just watched "As Above, So Below" - can only describe it as Indiana Jones meets Blair Witch, set in the Catacombs under Paris, quite creepy in places, and rather claustrophobic, but I really enjoyed it

I enjoyed this - not normally into this sort of thing. Even Anubis himself looked decent for the budget

3rd series of Penny Dreadful. Very dark at times and Eva Green plays her part with some menace. Some really good twists and turns!

Probably the last people in the country to have watched it but we're enjoying Wolf Hall (don't have terrestrial TV so didn't catch it on the BBC) far more than either of us thought we would.
As a result we ended up watching 'A Man For All Seasons' also on Netflix, a 1966 film about Thomas More.

Both good if you enjoyed House of Cards as it's essentially the same political intrigue and backstabbing but with funny costumes.

The other day I found the Detectorists starring and written by Mckenzie Crook, this passed me by when it was on BBC 4, brilliant writing and very funny, only series one on Netfix at the mo so looking forward to series 2 appearing soon.

Highly recommended

It was OK I suppose, but wasted on 4K.

The whole series is really good, watched it all over 2 evenings, looking forward to series 2 - great soundtrack and really liked the use of real life characters but in a fictional story interspersed with real footage from that era

Started watching Power last night, series about a nightclub owner who is also a drug dealer. Very good so far, good cast, produced by 50 Cent.
