Anyone watched? Jason Mamoa doing what he does best. With axes.

Not seen any yet, just saw from his IG. Will have a watch later maybe.
Yeah, going to need to see some anti upped in this. 4K as well, which is a shame.

Just started watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt - about a woman who was held in a bunker for 15 years with 3 other women by a preacher who convinced them the nuclear holocaust had happened. The other girls went back to their little towns but Kimmy has decided to try to make a new life in New York.

It's rather weird but then again it is written by Tina Fey so no surprise there smile

I'm on episode 4 and it's starting to really grow on me as the other characters start to develop.

Watched 3 episodes - it's not too bad and easy watching but it does feel a tad low budget , not ground breaking and quite predictable .....

Anti-establishment vs the establishment with some women and native tribes thrown in about the trading of furs ...

After it's been lurking around my recommended for you list for a while I finally started watching Brooklyn Nine Nine, its pretty lightweight but also pretty darn funny IMHO.

I does take some time to grow on you and get used to the characters, but it is as you say 'pretty darn funny' smile

Yeah I've watched five episodes now and its enjoyable enough. I think part of that comes from the fact I'm a bit of a captive audience as I've been working from home this week and had it on in the background whilst working, but its kept me coming back at least.

Watched the first couple of episodes. Or rather watched the first episode, dossed around on the tablet for the second episode. Felt like a fairly standard BBC drama - mildly predictable, nothing to really grab you.

If it gets better I might persevere but right now it's on my, 'meh,' list.

London Spy.

Very Le Carre in feel. Really enjoying it.
On episode 2, not 100% sure what's going on tbh. Danny seems a little well too versed in the art of tradecraft

If you venture to the 'film I watched' thread you will see it seems to be becoming the PH favourite film.

Its tremendous.

I saw the trailer for that a few days ago and thought I'd have to give it a go!

Finished Santa Clarita Diet this morning, I thought it was okay - when it's good its great but it had a few bum notes IMHO. It definitely got better as the cast got comfy both in their individual roles and the general bizzareness of the show's world. I'd put good money that if it gets a series 2 it'll be brilliant thumbup

You'd think, being an NZ film it would be available on NZ Netflix. But No. I take it theres no way around regional content?
