My all time favourite series at the moment is The Expanse. It's just finished its 2nd season, it started off as multiple story arcs which have been converging, it is probably one of the best hard Scifi (all the tech is based on plausible fact) series' I have seen in the last 10 years or so.

The second season of The Expanse isn't even on UK Netflix yet, anyone know when it's going to be available to watch?

Whilst you're on top tips, I've just found out that you can disable that hideously annoying autoplay next episode in your account settings.
I don't mind it auto playing the next episode, as it cuts out all the starting drivel of the next episode, but when you finish a movie and it somehow picks the next one for you......

'Tickled' documentary. Watched it last night. Very surreal film about 'competitive endurance tickeling'.
Worth watching, if even to reset your benchmark of 'normal'. It's loads better that in sounds!

I watched the first couple of episodes of The Keepers. Another interesting real crime documentary (it's also pretty grim in places though since it covers child abuse)

I'm liking these big films coming straight onto my TV smile The cinema has gotten so expensive that I tend not to go any more but then also have to wait say 4 months until films come out on iTunes.

Just finished this, grim indeed and it shows the power the catholic church have to this day.

Quite literally a law unto themselves with the sexual abuse covering up.

I have, mostly at lunchtimes instead of watching the news when they repeat the breakfast show. Can't say I care for it myself though my wife quite likes it. It really does have some awfully daft stuff in it, like the Asian woman searching dark buildings with gun and flashlight held together in front of her so that all any hidden assailant has to do is aim at the light.

Bit too syrupy for me, although I did approve of the asian agent woman tottering around after the baddies in high heels and a tight shirt.

God bless America!
We love freedom!

And so forth...

This is the End.
A load of actors playing themselves at the end of days as the apocalypse rages, and they remain aholes.
Funny and self depreciating.
Excellent film.

Just finished watching it. Is odd but not in a bad way. Kinda war movie that doesn't really know what it is, other than a commentary on the futility of America fighting for peace.

I watched it too and found it a very curious film but overall enjoyed it and some of the comedy moments.

It's loosely based on this chaps exploits; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanley_A._McChrysta...
