Watched all of Mindhunter. Thought it was pretty disappointing given the reviews
for me ive read both books, the women's and the young detective (who they are based ion). it is hard to comprehend the greatness in there criminal investigate methodology, and i think the show summed it up well. It probably is a bit marmite but i think it is one of the best shows made.
I have been loving it, only two episodes to go.
Watched it this week and was disappointed that it ended.

I'm smitten with the Dr. She looked gorgeous and dressed so stylishly.

yes, I enjoyed it, very much look forward to the second series - and the lady did look very classy. I am sure she was in the sci-fi series Fringe...

I'm on episode 7 of Mindhunter and really enjoying it. Just one question though, is there a reason the episodes vary wildly in length? They seemed to shave a few mins off each until you get to episode 6 with is under 40 mins, but episode 7 is back to being over 50 mins long.

On a side note, I'm really looking forward to The Punisher, I just hope it's as good as Daredevil and not as bland as Luke Cage and Iron Fist

Yes she was. It was her voice that placed her for me in the end, looks quite different.

Fringe was a fun show.

RE the episode lengths - I guess they're not bound to a length to suit a time slot so if after it's edited it falls within the range they're happy with it's good to go. Just a guess mind.

I did notice the extreme smoking going on, a flashback to the days we all stank of smoke, constantly. As did our homes, clothes, dogs and cars.....

Did anyone watch GLOW? (Glamorous ladies of wresting)

A bit of an odd one but I liked the humour in it and that it was set in the 80's. I'm waiting for season 2.

Quite surprising to see Kate Nash in it.

Bloody hell. I didn't even realise it was her. I thought it was an American actress with a questionable British accent! smile

No sure how many Jim Carrey or Andy Kaufman fans there are but keep an eye out for Jim & Andy: The Great Beyond on Netflix from the 17th November.

Watching a series called ‘Cleverman’, something to do with another race of people’s found in Australia... Hairies.

Sort of science fiction aboriginal Ozzie version of District 9, not very good, some interesting bits but lots of rubbish acting.

1922 - watched it last night, not sure if I enjoyed it or not really - It was okay and I stuck with it, but I think the trailer made it look better than it actually was.
