Anyway, massive thumbs up for HAPPY!. Up to episode 6 now and it is truly bizarre but what a great piece of telly. Last time i was impressed with this format of telly was Roger Rabbit!

I've just been on the phone to them.

My account was charged twice. Apparently some accounts are being hacked, then the pword and login sold for a dollar.

They have reset it all and refunded me the additional payment.

I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't changed language to italian!

Bit of a st system really, netflix should flag up when an account attached to an email address opens another acount 2 days after, why the feck would you ever do that!!?

Make sure you check your bank statements and paypal activity folks.

Don't say! How do you set up your password and where do you store it. Don't say!

Just wondering if you are compromised somewhere on a PC or something. Also, I assume you are using difficult passwords?

Password stored in my head and pretty unguessable!!

They've logged in to my account, upgraded the plan, set up several profiles and changed the language to Spanish. All from somewhere in Mexico.

Using a Hotmail account?? Weird.

Tried a random number generator? Pen and paper needed but removes guessing/cracking/brute force the password?

My PayPal hasn't been touched which the main concern. Switched to a Gmail account so see what happens.

Check if they have added their email as a password reset email address, or something like that.

My guess is that they've either got access to your Hotmail email account, or they've added their own email as the one the password reset goes to.
