God I hope not! In case the missus fails to remember what happened in the first one and makes us watch it again.

I liked it. Send your misses round to mine.
You'll soon send her back.

They all do.

Calibre
Couple of city boys go on a hunting weekend in Scotland, tragedy strikes, and they have to stay there for the rest of the weekend dealing with their own morals and some rather unnerving locals. Pretty good film, quite tense in places and gets you thinking how easily things can go so wrong 7/10

I really enjoyed this one if a little far fetched.

Just finished La Foret... Police investigate after a teenage girl goes missing from a French village near the Ardennes...

Enjoyed it - would recommend.

origin wars - so-so budget action/sci-fi. I quite enjoyed it but can see why many may not

The Bodyguard - Sammo Hung film. Old Chinese man with dementia ends up being a protector for a young girl. Not sure what to make of this, uplifting and depressing in one with not a lot going on for large parts

Binge watched Good Girls last week. I wasn’t sure half way through what it was trying to be, comedy, thriller, drama but carried on watching deciding it was everything and the script/actors could pull it off. Almost gave up then the last episode had me! Son and friend say it reminds them of ‘Weeds’ and something else I’ve never seen. Worth watching as has been renewed for a second series.

That moment through the rifle-scope - utterly stupendous & fantastic as a plot-point, & deeply horrifying, esp if you first-hand relate to the pass-time.

Binged Jessica Jones S2 and S1 and S2 of The Good Place over the last couple of weeks. Really enjoyed both, the good place especially.

Jim Jeffries. This Is Me Now. His latest stand up show.

Not for the easily offended, or the quite difficult to offend. wink

Watched this last night. The first half was great but the second half wasn't.

I only recently got into 'Weeds' - Only my opinion, it starts really well - but there is ALOT of it... not saying it goes down-hill.. it just goes oooooonnnnn and on.

Found a series called Fastest Car where they pit 3 sleeper home cars against supercars.

Quite an interesting insight into american car culture & quite interesting results.

Addicted to it already & a big fan hoping for a second season.

Anything similar people have let me know!

There's a documentary series called The Horn (fnar) which follows an air ambulance/mountain rescue crew around Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Not overly bombastic, and the whole crew are incredibly humble. Really enjoyed watching some of their alpine rescues.
