7 seconds.
I took a punt despite only having 3 stars (I think?) but despite a slow start it has been quite enjoyable. A bit of a cliched premise but entertaing enough to hold my attention. Just going to start watching the final episode.

Hardcore Henry
Right so this may have cyborgs and a baddy who is basically a cheap version of Dani's brother out of GoT with psychokinetic powers.
You just need to get past this and embrace it for what it is, which is a cheestastic 90 min film shot entirely from first person perspective. It is essentially a cinematic run through of a first person shooter.
Sounds awful and to be fair it's not going to win any awards. The first 10 mins is far too slow so you can (you really should) skip through it to get the action.
And boy is there action! Filmed in Russia with real stuntmen, you get to witness and exact pretty much every conceivable form of bloody, gruesome and excessive death with added Soviet military hardware, some fantastic parkour (think those sweaty palm videos of people climbing towers etc) and even a sniper scene.
Incredibly fast paced (first 10 mins aside) it has a feeling of the Run Lola Run relentlessness about it, just for 90 minutes with some genuine LOL thrown in. It is st, but I loved it
Trailer gives you a good idea what to expect (NSFW): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JVgQzBG5Ho

Love Hardcore henry! As you say, a video game in film form
Director originally did this:
Biting Elbows - 'Bad Motherfker' Official Music Video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rgox84KE7iY
(Obviously NSFW!) in the same format & Hardcore Henry extended it to 90 odd minutes.
Also Sholto Copley is great in it

The League. This has become my favourite sitcom. It is about a group of mates who compete against each other in a Fantasy (American) Football league. The comedy is pure genius. Give it a go and once you get past 3 or 4 episodes you will be hooked.
Good shout. The mrs is out and I’ve got a fridge full of German beer, already binged through S1 and I’m half way through S2 cheshiredj7 said:

I'd not really heard of it before (despite having Jeff Bridges, Josh Brolin etc in it) but it was really watchable. It didn't seem to fall into as many of the same traps that some Hollywood-isation of true stories seem to do.
