Haven’t got time to catch up, but just finished Series 2 of Salvation. Enjoyable nonsense as ever but the final episode...

That exchange where Tanz confronts Harris with seconds to spare and says...

“It’s not an asteroid”

My god, that was fking brilliant!! I never even considered that idea, and you see Harris’s mental anguish, you realise Liam’s realisation, absolutely chuffing ace!!!

Bring on Series 3!!

I haven't seen anyone mention 'The Haunting of Hill House' yet.
Eh? hehe
You must have missed it because there a few posts a out the Haunting of Hill House. It is IMO spectacularly done and I have just finished all 10 episodes in only 2 evenings is a testament to how awesome it is.

What episode did you make it up to before giving up on it because I can tell you that it takes about 3 episodes to really begin making sense and get into the beginning of the thick of its plot.

The character developments and revelations go on straight through to the end. Hill House never failed to introduce some new wave of horror and produce inside of me genuine excitement but more so genuine fear!

It is most definitely one of today's more peak horror productions in my opinion. So well done I feel and I will continue to recommend it to any fans of the genre.

I'm not a fan of horror but liked it it really is a class above anything else. Goes on a bit too much I think but well acted and engrossing and I actually felt a wee bit scared going to sleep thinking about it.

It's all a bit out there but it's mildly amusing and a good distraction.

I was a bit disappointed with The Haunting of Hill House. It was okay, I didn't hate it, but all the time-shifting didn't make it easy to follow.

I watched The Forest a few weeks ago and quite enjoyed it.
For me it really picks up episodes 5-8, The scenes in the funeral home are great. The scene with the 1 really long take, Took me like 2-3 minutes to notice the camera had never cut and it was one continuous scene.

Unfortunately it starts dieing off towards the end and left me really dissapointed when it was all over, especiallyt the last 2 I started zoning out and playing with my phone.

Shame.

Another vote for “glitch” here.

Great Australian (2) series about dead people returning.

Brilliantly done wasn't it....really gave the perspective from the victims and 'harrowing' sums it up perfectly.

The Night Comes For Us. Hilariously, comically violent Indonesian martial arts film with the chap from the raid. Recommended.

Wholly agree. Really enjoyed the series until the last 2 episodes which I thought provided a weak, cookie cutter ending.

Was looking for something to watch so chose Deadwind and now on the third episode. It reminds me of The Killing, The Bridge and Borgen and is set in Helsinki, There's yet another young female cop, (who is beautiful) and her male partner investigating the murder of a woman. Enjoying it so far.

I can confirm that this film is every bit as epic as your description suggests. Plus Raid 2 is one of my favourite MA films.

Making a murderer 2. I'm back to thinking he is innocent.

Anyway, I was looking for something me and the ten year old hatchling could cuddle up and watch in the stty weather. The result???

Looney Tunes: Back In Action.

So terrible we loved it, I urge you to watch it and rather pay attention to the "story" keep an eye on the background and an ear tuned to the sounds. Clever in some areas.

Loved it.

That's all folks!!
