Designated Survivor, Keifa Sutherland. Only 2 series. Every time I switch it on, I think of Jack Bauer.

Started watching ozark last night, seems pretty good a couple of episodes in.

I’ve been struggling to find anything decent recently, it’s almost as if the algorithm showing me what to watch isn’t great.
If you've not seen The OA I recommend you do.

Season 1 was a ‘guilty pleasure’ for me. I didn’t think it was that good, but I liked the central idea, and enjoyed watching it. I started watching season 2, but stopped after it reached what I figured was an adequate end to the main story arc. I couldn’t be bothered to see where it went after that point.

Started well. Turned pants by about 3/4 through season 1. Didn’t bother with season 2.

Ozark is really good

First 2/3 series of House of Cards worth a watch

Cargo (film) v good zombie film

Mindhunter - v good series about how the profiling division at the FBI was started

Real Detective - detectives talking about the case that most affected them

Better Call Saul - if you liked Breaking Bad, you'll like this

The g/f and I started watching Marcella this last week. I'd not see it advertised anywhere before. A few odd plot twists, and we got the "one that did it" about half way through the first series. Overall though, worth a watch.

Have gone back to watch Luther too - not as good as I remembered - a bit obvious.

Den of Thieves .

Great bank robber movie. Can`t get over how much Ice Cube Jr looks like his old man.
Made unwatchable by Gerard Butler eating with his mouth open and his mouth noises.

F*ck me it was really grating on me!

Yup. Gerard Butler doing his best Mad Mel Gibson. Would have been better with almost any other lead.

Original Robocop is up at the moment. Looks like a full edit too. Great film.

And Dead Set - haven't seen that since the original broadcast. Still holds up as a pretty decent zombie horror. Some characters grate but I think they're meant to!

Finally got round to watching 22 July. All about the bomb and gun attacks in Norway on the 22 July. Basicly the story of 3 people involved. Brevick obviously, his defence lawyer who struggles to balance his view of the law and his shock at what happened, as well as one of his victims and his struggle to recover and face the guy who shot him....a lot.

Overall a very good portrayal of the shocking actions of one seriously bent mind.

The Babysitter

Loved this, so much fun and I absolutely did not see where it was going despite knowing it had horror elements.

It's fair to say the truth or dare sequence caught me by surprise...
