Just watched Game Changer with my maximum cynical head on.

Despite that bits of it were genuinely compelling.

Although I'm still sceptical about some of it. A 20% increase in bench press, for me that would be 140kg to 168kg, which just isn't possible or should I say that's atleast 6 months of hard training.

My interest was piqued enough to do some of my own research. This guy can articulate my concerns better than I could. He basically rips the whole documentary to shreds apart from the impact livestock farming has on the environment.

So it’s vegan propaganda? Well, I am shocked. Not.

Just finished Unbelivable. Absolutely gripping and compelling. Can’t remember the last time something hooked me so quickly and made me want to just keep going and going as soon as an episode finished.
Started this tonight and I'm hooked.
Absolutely brilliant acting. A true story. A must watch.
Agreed. And always a good sign spotting Breaking Bad actors.
Also, Merritt Wever......brilliant in the first thing I saw her in - Godless (also on Netflix)
Agreed.

Apache Warrior.

Real life Apache helicopter crews.

Interesting story / mission.

About half way through, should be really interesting - but something about the cast and format / editing is really annoying.

ETA: Worth sticking with to see the outcome.

It just made me think, incompetent fools.
Yes there was a bit of that knocking around in my head too.. and it seemed odd that they queued it up with phases like 'Apache pilots have a high intelligence level etc.. etc..'

Although on my drive home tonight in the dark a massive stone bounced off a passing truck and hit my windscreen like a bullet.. which made me swear and duck... instantly reminded me of last nights viewing boxedin

Stumbled across Spotless at the weekend and its very watchable with some great dark humour, top totty in it too.
Watched 3 episodes last night because of your post and you're top totty comment is very much true. Beautiful wife and lovely bit on the side but I get all antsy inside everytime that bloody Range Rover pops up.
Why use a 2002-2004 RR and put a 2007 plate on it. They're not exactly much more for an actual 2007 model.

They did film first (if youve not seen it already) Which I found by accident (might even be on Netflix).

Series 1 was excellent - Billy is a brilliant character.

Just finished series 2 which was still pretty funny.

If we're allowed to stay off topic, if you like the tone of Young Offenders, give 'Misfits' a try on 4OD.

Dallas Buyers Club.

I'd put this off for ages as for some reason i just couldn't get into it.

Fired it up today and found it brilliant. I like MM as an actor and thought he was brilliant in this.

Yes it is fairly decent. I thought perhaps they had exaggerated the fighting but looking on Wikipedia it seems fairly accurate (if you can trust Wikipedia of course)

S3 'The Crown' out today. Just watched Ep 1.

Nobody does this sorta' thing better than the Brits.

A budget of £50 million helps of course.

Didnt realise that was new - watched it last night, ideal bit of Saturday night viewing.

Great bit of motorsport history and a great warm up for the Le Mans 66 / Ford vs Ferrari film.
