Alison's dessert looked a bit drab. The rest of the food tonight was good though.

That was the highlight of the episode for me. She certainly does!

When is a BBQ not a BBQ? When you're in South Africa!

Most annoying things throughout:
John's protruding tongues whilst tasting food
"John & I" or "Greg & I", when it should be "...and me" (someone at the BBC tell these fkwits, please!)
repetition "really, really" or "very, very"

I don't care who wins. Their cooking's far better than mine, but if it's the brunette, that'll be fine to see her in the future, too. wink

Nice restaurant but how many dishes would you need to order to actually be full up?
I was thinking the same - that duck dish seemed to have one little strip of duck and a few other little bits and pieces on the plate, for a main course. I don't eat in restaurants much, so can't imagine what they cost.

I did have a brief "juvenile things that make you snigger" moment towards the end of the programme, but haven't got a screen shot and daren't try to describe it for fear of being misunderstood.

Equally any of these is fine.

Fish and Chips does sound the best, though......

Surprise.

Had her for the win.

But out of those 4 how do you choose?

That starter should be right up Steve's street. Giovanna's just got to keep calm, Saliha should be at home with all those flavours to balance....

Bring it on!!!

Giovanna is well known for her desert talents so good to see her pushed with something she wasn't so comfortable with. Shame the starter was up Steve's street and Saliha was at home cooking a dessert with a Thai curry theme, how lucky was that? Saliha should have been given the starter and Steve the dessert, more of a challenge...

At least we had Fish and Chips, I was excited for a moment, but then we just got a refined version of curried fish and chips... for a change. Not.

Of the four dishes I did feel Alison's was most probably the weakest on the day but felt sorry for her as she pushed the boat out in all directions during the competition.

Disappointed with that! I feel like Saliha is just a one trick pony, has she really excelled in this competition?
