Christopher Nolan - Interstellar
Discussion
There was a program on BBC (I think) yesterday on the making of the scene above saying how he was on a wire that was then connected to a rope with knots in. Some bloke held onto the rope and let it go and when a knot reached hi he wold grab on and then his weight would lift the actor. No clever tech back then

At last saw this yesterday - absolutely loved it. It's a sci-fi adventure film - stuff the physics etc. Apollo 13, yes, I expect reality. Not Interstellar.
Visually it was truly amazing - especially the Saturn/wormhole section. And the robots for me stole the show.
Is it out on Amazon/DVD?Visually it was truly amazing - especially the Saturn/wormhole section. And the robots for me stole the show.

Been listening to the soundtrack a lot this weekend.
Both the fiancee and I have agreed that it's a film we will watch again and again.
Feel like another viewing this week.
There was an interesting ( well interesting if you like the film music ) program featuring Zimmer, Nolan and Roger Sayer ( the London church organist ) on recently. Both the fiancee and I have agreed that it's a film we will watch again and again.
