Corrado VR6 next week, lets hope its another good one and they dont end up chaving it up and ruining it.
Given their history with VW's I fear you are going to be disappointed. Very disappointed...

Edd doesn't say these idiotic things and he knows how to pronounce "aitch" so why doesn't he, for the good of humanity, take Mike to task?
Because Mike's a bleedin' Cockney, innit. He's a geeeeezah. He's a little bit woooo, a little bit wayyyyy. Owd ahhht yer aaaand.

Whereas Edd is a nice boy from the Home Counties who knows how to speak.
Saying haitch instead of aitch isn't a London thing....it's a moron thing.

Oh, not quite as good as appeared then... I thought £159 for a refurbished ABS pump with a life time warranty seemed like a *very* good deal.

No mention of

- Suspension would benefit from a refresh
- Drivers door lock has been replaced and no longer operates the central locking

In the show!

I was quoted around £800 for an ABS pump when mine failed, so I just ran without ABS for the last few years of ownership. As a TVR owner I was used to not having ABS anyway.

I used to have a Mercedes W124, which fried the ECU after a coil failure. BBA Reman were excellent, in my experience.

Chalk and cheese compared to last week's show. Almost back to the good old days. I just wish they'd do away with the background music. It's intrusive and doesn't add anything positive imgo.

Really enjoyed last night's episode.

Surprised the engine sounded so sweet, the timing chains tend to be clattering their arse off by 140k miles, perhaps they'd already been done.

Lovely car though, I was thinking they might have used a bit of poetic license on the buying price, but it seems not!

That was one of the best episodes of the program I can remember. They bought a model that can easily be found by anybody that wants one and showed you how to fix its common problems. This is what every episode should be like (and used to be).
