We rewatched the finale of the previous series the other night. Not bad, not much carry over, sleazy Jill gets found out and there’s convenient switch from H to 4. One big-bent left.MiniMan64 said:

Can't wait.
I still reckon 'H' stands for 'Her' and it's a group of women headed up by one head honcho woman exploiting good old sexist Ted's ignorance.......
There is no H, it was 4 not H? I still reckon 'H' stands for 'Her' and it's a group of women headed up by one head honcho woman exploiting good old sexist Ted's ignorance.......
Absolutely properly jittery with anticipation, been going through all sorts of theories.
Love the bingo card, that'll be full by the end of episode one.
The thing I can't get my head around is this H codename. Something bugs me about the timeline. How long the OCG has been in operation.
Think back to the Sands View/Danny Waldron case (Spoiler - DCI Paul Haleton was on the wall of suspects, he was also named in Danny Waldrons list) 20 years previously, there was the murder of a social worker, linked to Sands view. In series 4, ACC Hilton is found dead at the same location. 20 years later. The OCG have been around for a long time. Longer than it's possible to have only one head honcho.
With the link between Sands view and Dale Roach, I reckon the OCG have used their political clout to also ensure the Police and crime commissioner is also on their books. Besides, Ace Bhatti always plays damn good villainous characters.
The blurb on the telly says a DCI is being investigated for a sloppy investigation in to a murdered journalist.
What's the bet that journalist was investigating sands view, or someone associated with sands view. If DCI Paul Haleton makes an appearance.....then now we're sucking diesel.
10 minutes to go and I'm about to explode.... I want to know if all my theories are right!! Oh and isn't Ryan Pilkington now a serving officer?
