Superb episode but............

I'm reminded a little about Dr Who....over a short period of time it went from "really really good" to "so complicated it was up its own arse"......

Anyway hopefully I'm being overly pessimisticsmile

Ooo she's a nasty cow.

So who threw Arnott over, and does anyone else think that swab of her arm tonight may somehow later come back and bite her on the arse?

Great episode but I have to agree, the story makes no sense at all.

Great last 20 mins. Not a clue who my moneys on now!

Don't know which way the ACC will be going, file containing info on AC12 or on Huntley after getting the old Spanish Archer?

.... and that's why they got a Hollywood A-lister in! Superb acting from Thandie Newton there.

Balaclava Man has to be Nick Huntley's brief, right? Neil from The Office has gone bad!

Based purely on build, I agree completely. Outside chance he could be knobbing her as well maybe?

Bear in mind that Nick Huntley was wearing a suit when Arnott was phoning him and so a black jacket over it is going to look bulky.

Did anyone think that dsFlynn whilst watching was going to pick up on the fact that Huntley was just just using one hand during her interview whilst her other arm was firmly kept under the table? I suspect it could be her undoing.

That injury is definately going to be the key.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it annoying that they key inputting codes into unlocked keycode locks!

I noticed that. One scene Huntley puts a code in and doesn't even turn the knob connected to the code pad to enter.

Her arm looked really horrible. She'd concealed it pretty well before now but it's very bad now. Has Huntley gone a bit far on Kate showing what she knew about her son? Only people genuinely close to her would know about that, so they'll twig they've got a leak in the office. With that in mind it's building up to the bigger conspiracy, with a leak in the office, ACC Hilton leaking info to Roz, pressuring a conviction previously and trying to get in her pants. I suspect Roz my turn it on him too if he gives her too much while thinking with his dick.

I knew this would go the sexist route as soon as he called her darling at the crime scene. Bit of a cop out, seems out of character for him too, I can't recall anything like that before.

Do you need spoiler tags for a hunch? But I think you may be right - Patrick Baladi and Jed Mercurio have "previous" - in the superb medical drama "Bodies".

I immediately wondered if she'd been sent with a piece of misinformation that will come out next....?

I will be disappointed if thats so as its a plot cop out, what relationship would they have ? will the brief and the clerk be revealed to be having an affair ? as I said I will be really disappointed if they throw that in.

Agree that her arm will be her undoing in part. Don't know why not picked up on that.

Also think ACC will do what career police politicians do, drop her and knife her in the back, unless she has some serious background stuff on him, which suspect she may have, certainly passing inside information on the prospect of a bunk up is really crossing the line, big time. Deserves to go for that. Suspect he will live to fight another day, sods like that do, but will be Hastings' ( Dunbar) equivalent of Moriarty.

New guy seemed a bit of a wally, but may shape up.

Huntley crossed the line with Flynn, again big time.

Arnott will come riding in on his charger, he has the zealot in him.

Still would have gone back to Ifield's flat to see if could get KGR-13 rev 2.

Will specs girl get dragged down with Huntley or see the light? She doesn't miss much that's going on.

No idea where they are going with the info passed by the pregnant AC-12 clerk Maneet.

All speculation obvs.
