The first series really split people's opinions but I loved so I'm really looking forward to the new one. Starts next Friday the 5th.

Fantastic news. Loved the original in the 'pretend' but not pretend version of their lives.

There were several of the serious bits in it which whilst not real I believed it was Coogan speaking as himself.

It can't be any worse than Alpha Papa. Speaking as a diehard Partridge fan, it was awful!

Me too. The last series was great; Coogan and Brydon work really well together.

Agree. Should be brilliant, and cringeworthy, painful and scarring; all at the same time.

Superb.

The original series is one of my all time favourite comedies so I'm really looking forward to this. I just hope it lives up to my expectations.

Mostly this. The Trip was masterful understated comedy, a real window on the performers. Can't wait.

I don't need a reminder, it's etched on my brain. After a late night last night I just hope I can stay awake!
