The Trip To Italy - Coogan and Brydon are back

It is very entertaining, with some darker moments and quite subtle at times. The manner in which they do the 'impressions' is all a part of it.


ps. "Rev" series 3 has been excellent and has some similarities.

The Rob 'interest' is a set up as his wife is watching. No idea if the Steve thing is a setup, but it probably is.

What do you mean set up as his wife is watching ? I keep tricking myself into thinking it's real and Brydon the dirty dog goes down in my estimation. Complete role reversal from series 1. Brydon now comes across as a bit of a cock always putting Cogan down and playing up for everyone.

Very enjoyable series. I've ordered the DVD as I liked it so much. Great scenery, lovely food and a nice motor car. The impressions were brilliant as well. I hope they do a 3rd series. Not sure where they can go. Maybe France or Spain.

Er, wrong. Sorry. Only two were actors, everyone else was not. And of the two girls I had heard that Steve had actually 'got into the role' with his Subtle doesn't work then.
