For info, season 2 has just become available on Netflix.
So that makes the original film with Frances McDormand, and seasons 1&2 of the TV series now all in one place.
It's interesting to watch the film, and see how many moments are picked up in the TV series in similar but different ways. Will be interesting to spot the connections in season 3 next year.
Bugger, I misread this and plonked myself down in front of the telly tonight all ready for a new season.....So that makes the original film with Frances McDormand, and seasons 1&2 of the TV series now all in one place.

Loved both series and have recommended them to a number of other people (my folks are now working through S2).
I guess season 1 must have meant something as we named our two cats (a year in a rescue and almost no human contact ) Molly and Gus
Well done & great names. They're both gorgeous. I guess season 1 must have meant something as we named our two cats (a year in a rescue and almost no human contact ) Molly and Gus
I've got 2 cats (brothers - one tabby, one black) from the RSPCA and they're great. Apparently black cats are often left in animal sanctuaries or returned to them, because they're difficult to take selfies with. Bloody ridiculous.

Thanks, they're getting better every day. Our black cat is tricky to take selfies with but mainly because I can't get anywhere near him half the time! I just finished watching Season 2. Very good indeed, with a host of excellent performances, but the UFO thing didn't really work for me and the final episode was a bit of an anti-climax.
I am also left with one nagging question - why, after he turned on the Gerhardts, did Hanzee keep up his pursuit of Ed & Peg?
