I have mixed feelings over it. LIked some bits, disliked others, glad to see Wrench back, but I did get bored at some point and switched off.
I hope they bet back to the heights of S2 for S4.

I enjoyed it.

Never watched S1 or S2, so can't compare.

It was by far the worst of the three so you should enjoy the other 2.

Series 1, in particular, was brilliant.

Presumably it's been left open for a further series based on #3. Seemed a bit of a vague finale.

(Are we to assume that Nikki had doctored the Engine Management of Stussy's X5 so that it stopped in the middle of nowhere? It started first time after the killings. Confused my pedantry.)

Not a bad series overall, started off a bit a bit too slapstick comedy but got better as it went along. The ending was good, even though it left you hanging. I think Varga probably did slip through the net once more - he's totally non-stick!

No series 4 planned yet, could be 3 years away even if they get an idea. - http://www.denofgeek.com/uk/tv/fargo/50250/fargo-s...

My pedantry set in for both scenes, unfortunately. For a start, how did she know the truck was going to be moved, and what the route was going to be? Plus how was Yuri to know where she was going to sit in the hotel foyer? Stretched the imagination for me.

Still loving it, though. I want to see her p*ss in a large jar and force Varga to drink it.

(I find Gloria Burgle a bit attractive. Got a feeling she would scrub up OK. Maybe just me........)

Thank you. I'm glad I'm not going gaga. Not bad at all.

If the ending is still following the Peter and the wolf theme, then Peter (Gloria) puts the wolf (Varga) in a zoo (prison).

Lacked the best of 1 & 2 IMO... the humour.

How good was David Thewlis acting in this series?!?!

Absolutely brilliant I thought - he stole every scene he was in.

I thought he was absolutely superb. Exactly the right degree of menace...

Few things, agree Thewlis was superb, really objectionable menace with just a hint of an attempt at civilisation.

Anyway, if we're allowed to discuss specifics now, liked the way Agent Dollard very succinctly explained the "legal" fraud to Gloria. But but but, if the premise of the financial wiggle was that a company had hundreds of millions of debt which had been siphoned off, and then that company was then sold for a fraction of its worth, what was in it for Goldfarb? 100k for company owing hundreds if millions? Presumably declare chapter 11 and attempt to get a reorganisation plan confirmed which deals with the debts, st whichnpoint she has the land plots, otherwise it's chapter 7 and disposal of assets. Or maybe she'd had a bung from whoever for her role, or maybe the mastermind.

I bet we see Mr Wrench again.

Officer Crowley, if it was him at the traffic stop, helluva shot, one of those sick gags that Fargo throws into the mix.

Yeah, highlights for me were; Thewlis, the lady chief, the female metro cop, the ep based in LA and the chase ep.

I always thought the lady chief was gorgeous.

Completely agree. I found the way he played the character gripping, as in, couldn't take my eyes off the screen when he appeared and was hanging on every word that came out his mouth.

Top, top performance!

I was disappointed with series three, it just didn't grab me this time.

Thewlis was superb but I had no sympathy for his character, not a hint of a redeeming feature, no humour, just a complete single purposed predator.

I had the urge to brush my teeth whenever he appeared.
