I'm guessing I'm not the only one who has though of the Prima Donner uniforms looking like Thunderbirds. Noticed when Dev hired Cathy he threw in a cheeky F A B hehe
Well spotted! I hadn't even given it any thought. Doh!

Norris and Sean are becoming a great "odd couple", ganging up on Brian like that. Still great humour in the script amongst all the necessary sadness of the last few days. I thought the acting was pretty good all round (Simon Gregson improved immeasurably on Wed night) although I hope we can slowly get back to normal.

Same here, been watching Corrie all my life and for the first time in the last couple of weeks I've been questioning why I bother. I don't want to come home from a day at the coal face to be dragged down with misery. I want to be entertained otherwise I'd be watching Eastenders.

The sensationalist, over the top story lines at the moment is just so unnecessary. They need to calm it down and get back to what Corrie does best. Less murder and death and more who nicked Sally's nomes or who's got the biggest conservatory.

I think just about every regular contributor on this thread would agree with that. I hope someone from Corrie reads this, although I'm not holding my breath.

I think I owe Alya an apology....

Looks like she set bad boy Adam up...caught in the act.

No doubt his "claim" on the knicker factory will be dropped pronto now.......

It will also mean Peter won't get any, and his plans for Simon will have to be dropped.

You're right there.

When I saw the shape of Luke's present for Tracy, I didn't think "bracelet" or "watch", for some reason I thought "pen and propelling pencil set". I wish it had been - just to see her face. Luke's played a blinder there and I reckon he's in for a special treat in the bedroom later.

Yeah, didn't see that coming. I guess that's Alya's way of proving herself to Aiden that she deserves a new job title.

What's the deal with Adam? When was the last time you met a penniless lawyer????

Or he's just a junior conveyancing clerk (failed his exams) and he's wasted his salary on booze, women and gambling. He irritates me intensely.

Peter Barlow was Simon's biological Dad.

Don't forget THIS Simon is not the original one.

So we say goodbye to yet another Nick. Can't say I will miss the constant frowning and picking an argument with everyone in the street. Will he reappear later as another incarnation I wonder?
