Exactly. I can see Tracy going to clink for a second time, and then being released early a second time when we find out who really did it. The writers have been very good at keeping us guessing. (And no spoilers in the media - makes a change.)

Tracy Lynette Barlow - yes, I can see that. Typical Deirdre, a name of the times.

Wasn't expecting Rob to do that. He's maybe not as selfish as I thought, or we were supposed to think.

The whole Bethany thing is implausible, why wouldn't they just use a prostitute?
Also young white men hardly fit the grooming of young girls demographic
I agree with you wholeheartedly., at the risk of appearing racist. Whole storyline is stupid. Why would she have sex with this guy without even being drugged or heavily sedated with alcohol?
I think perhaps you're looking at things from your perspective only, if you were to get inside the mind of a 16yr old girl who has hardly come from the most stable background then you would view it differently.

That aside, I can't make out if this Nathan blokes acting is wooden on purpose to convey he's constantly lying, or he's just a crap actor....

Corrie is full of them. Secondary or temporary roles. It makes you wonder where they come from - surely there are plenty of better actors out there with agents offering them to TV productuon companies? I can understand the extras being taken on for a £50 fee and free lunch , but some of the worst offenders have quite a few lines.

Thankfully the mainstay cast can manage to offer some quality.

Yes I agree, his role is disposable though, it will come to an end.
I wonder how many were shouting at Traceys daughter last night shout Don't get in the car! Was an unexpected relief when Rob turned up.

Yes indeed - the driver actually licked his lips at one point. Creepy. The continuity got a bit odd. Rob was sitting in the car when Amy left, then he was with his crony arranging their next move, then he was walking down the road where Amy was hitchhiking.

Unfortunately yet more silly storylines in Corrie.

In one scene Rob is in Tracy's old banger high on the hills (I recognised Audenshaw reservoirs in the background) then, the next time you see him he is banging on the courtroom door window, like in the ending in the The Graduate.

How did he know which court she would be in, who told him and when?

Also, why does Tracy think she can walk away scott free? At the very least she will go down for assisting an escaped convicted murderer.

Product placement in the Kabin for Kenners confectionery. Who the hell are they? Are they big up north, or is it a made-up name?

PS Gina's window would have been fitted with safety glass at that height above floor level. Stupid Corrie mistake.

A quick Google search suggests it's just a made up name smile.

Perhaps a certain Mr Barlow has created a new business so he can leave millions to his disfunctional family! Werthers Original watch out there is competition about!
