That Adam's a bad lot. I wouldn't like to be in his shoes when Tracy gets wind of his dastardly scheme.

She's done time for murder....
But she was later acquitted, as she was completely innocent. hehe
Yeah right..laugh

I don't think we ever found out the exact details of how she got let off. It was referred to as "a technicality" at the time - clearly the writers wanted her back on the cast. The technicality was possibly the lampshade having "hurt feelings and a lack of esteem" at the abuse it had suffered at her hands.

One thing if anyone can clear it up, in case I missed this little detail. Roberts ex drug associate last night said to him 'does she (Michelle) know about so and so? (a female name beginning with C, Caroline, Christine??)

Does anyone have a suggestion who this is? Maybe a lovechild or something?
He didn't elaborate, but the inference was it was something from Robert's past that he would prefer to keep there.

I know the scriptwriters have to keep the storylines moving to keep the viewing ratings up, but for a tiny little back street in Salford there seems to be an awful lot going on, a couple of murders a year on average, Rovers on fire, trains through the viaduct, etc.

Great stuff.

Good, just checking I didn't miss the detail from a previous episode.

Gemma - "Happy Birthday to you" - it was the only song I could think of with your name in it laugh.

Mary's new "mother" story was a classic. Someone should keep all of these to make a book some day.

Well I've got to admit Robert had me fooled when he suddenly turned his dealer mate in to the plain clothed feds, I thought he was ready to have a good old sniff in the car.

That's the benefit of not reading spoilers.

I see Louise Patikas (aka Helen in the Archers - the demon stabber) joins on screen next week.

Look forward to seeing her appear on screen instead of just the radio...

Good to see new cast members joining. It would appear she is going to ruffle Liz McDonald's feathers...

The Rovers' juke box was apt again - "We've only just begun" whilst Liz and Johnny were discussing honeymoons.

WTF! How much is Aidan's card limit? Even thought the Barbie-pink paintwork would reduce the value, surely an Evoque would start at around £20k? All a bit unlikely, especially since she was buying it with a third party's card - I reckon the dealer would want confirmation from the card holder.

Will Bethany split on Neil?

No limit on an AmEx card!
Or maybe she's just paid a deposit and signed him up for 2 years of financial agony!

My old man, as financially astute as anyone you'd ever meet, ex-bank manager, never in debt to even the milkman has a circa £40K limit on his Barclaycard. On the flipside he uses it for just shopping, probably £500 a month, just to get the points (or whatever spend incentive they offer) paying it off religiously a day before the interest free period ends (29 days?)

The Range Salesman probably just saw her jubblies, and was happy to agree to anything bounceyum

I'm watching Test cricket on Sky, and Sean Wilson (formerly Martin Platt) just appeared in an advert for home security systems (Fullex).

Nice to see he's still getting gigs. Something's got to pay the mortgage.
