My ..umm.... bad, bruv. Keegan of course - that's the girl; shows how much of an impression her acting made on me. Hidden shallows .

The green hue in the cellar seems to be the reflection of the flickering neon tube on 1970s-style tiles on the wall. No explanation as to where the power is coming from in a house which has clearly been vacant for many years.

LOVED the palm pilot joke which only Todd seems to have appreciated.

BTW how did 2 X 12-year old girls know how to open the Moggie's bonnet and locate the washer bottle? Modern kids surely think it's all done by internet?

Eileen, 'we were poor. So poor the church mice looked down on us'

Lovely comedy.

Two good episodes tonight, although I found the Phoney M story a bit cringeworthy.

So who's for the dungeon now? Daniel or Gary? Or both? Pat's on the warpath.

.
Yes, embarrassingly bad, nearly as bad as Boney M themselves.

Will Johnny and Aidan be able to pin the factory heist on Adam? He certainly looked a bit uncomfortable there......smile

Phony M was a genius name - but yes the repercussions were enough to make me cover my eyes in embarrassment. Phelan's daughter is very easy on the eye isn't she? And Sophie has turned into a 1966 specification Cher ,but sans a Sonny

Sophie's new hairstyle makes me want to pull a cord to slide the curtains open. Not a euphemism! There are certainly some nice-looking girls on the show at the present time, which makes me wonder why the writers haven't created the opportunity for a mass young female "custard wrestling on the cobbles" competition. Makes sense to me.

I really, really want Daniel to finalise his investigation before Phelan clobbers him with a 2 X 4 - maybe a situation where the copy is on its way to the Gazette at the moment Pat swings the timber (NOT a euphimism!). Part of me wants Phelan to always be on the show, and part of me wants him in the clink for his heinous acts.

Agreed.

It’ll be a shame to lose Phelan.

‘Custard Wrestling’? Then Katie needs to return from Spain!

Agree too

One of the best actors in Corrie at the moment and the most believable baddy we've had in a long time.

Indeed, terrible for her young family.

I have done a quick internet search about her role in Corrie, it's not bringing up anything, and I certainly can't remember her, maybe she only had a brief role for a week or two?

Suspended belief on that and dare I say it the acting is getting "Neighbours" ish with close ups of gurning faces showing concern, anger, happiness etc - sheesh.

Far too easy. Poor casting there. As I said when she appeared, if Phelan is her dad, Kathy Staff is Liz Hurley's mum.

The actor playing Phelan is very good. The way you love to hate him, rather than him coming across like a pantomime villain!
