What's this with Tom Ridley ? Some sort of set-up by Liz? He's yet another woodentop actor..

Phelan is going to have to rearrange the dungeon. He'll be having Andy, Daniel, Vinny and his mum down there soon!

The actor playing Phelan is very good. The way you love to hate him, rather than him coming across like a pantomime villain!
Oh no he isn't.....

Yes.

He takes one small sip and within twenty seconds decides he may stop supplying The Rovers with the potential to shut it down.

Ridiculous.

Phelan's daughter is very easy on the eye isn't she?
Far too easy. Poor casting there. As I said when she appeared, if Phelan is her dad, Kathy Staff is Liz Hurley's mum.
She was in the news last year for not wearing heels in a temp job.

Maybe Liz has shown him the "advantages" of her regaining the pub! It must be an absolute goldmine that pub as everyone wants to own it!

It's because the street's low-paid workers are in there every night. They spend every last penny on booze yet many of them can't seem to pay bills. However they also seem able to go on holiday at the drop of a hat.

It's "soap" home economics.

(PS That's what I think may have happened. Liz has called in Tom to help her persuade Toyah to sell the pub. Sneaky.)

Has Liz got the brains to think of that?

Seeing a gun in Corry makes me sad, the villans used to be semi panto (Jez Quigley) and it was all light and bounced along - now we have guns, kidnapping, grand theft factory etc.

Apocalyptic, that's what it is. Mark my words, before long Emily will be back on the street with her shopping bag full of coca leaves.

Well Tracey Brabin, who has a spell as Curley Watt's girlfriend back ion the 90s, has become an MP, so Nicola could be the next Corrie MP.
