PS. I've been a bit slow on the uptake in recent times (senility) but answer me this. Vinny gave Pat a wad of cash this week in compensation, but didn't Pat have rolls of cash in his safe last week, which Seb possibly saw? Where did that come from?
That scene where Seb saw the cash occurred after Vinny’s scene. I.e. the cash in the safe is Vinny’s cash.Edited by nicanary on Saturday 28th October 09:27
Andy was just unlucky wasn’t he?
Had he passed the ‘van crash’ test, he would still alive and be freed in France.
Had Vinny not resurfaced, would Andy still be alive? Quite possibly.
What about had not Pat had a bad day with Nicola / Anna, Pat might not have killed Andy?
And of course his ‘Stockholm syndrome’, not teaming up with Vinny when Vinny had the opportunity to attack Pat.
Poor sod.

I see on the news that Bruno Langley (Todd) has been fired, so some hasty re-writing going on for the sudden Sharif-style exit!
He’s not been found guilty of anything so I’m surprised it’s so quick. Scary world where your accused and ruined without trial.A shame, I like his character.

It either seems a bit harsh or they know he has done something bad as Ken and Kevin are still employed after their rapey sexual assaulty trials.
Exactly my thoughts. They were written out temporarily until investigations were complete. It's only fair to do it that way - has Bruno definitely been sacked?surveyor said:
Sebs fall off the ladder... She is gonna carry the can.
The angle of the ladder was far too steep, so I suspect he hasn't receive proper training in it's use. In which case, he has a massive claim on Tim's employer's liability insurance, which like motor insurance, is compulsory so Tim must have by law.But of course it'll never be mentioned, just like those injured in the minibus crash, Anna's accident with David, and various other calamities. In real life, millions of people make false and exaggerated insurance claims, but on Corrie, some very hard up people don't seem to bother to make genuine claims!

I know people in my town who have arranged minibus crashes (they didn't get paid out) and who propose a claim whenever they've tripped on a kerb or bumped into an imaginary obstacle. In their world there's no such thing as an accident - there'a always someone to blame
Surely Corrie should reflect this part of common culture?
