Have there been 2x Corro's this eve? Sky+ has nothing recorded, and nothing there to download on ITV player. Let me guess, Derby are Playing Sheffield Wednesday, and it's been deemed less worthy of air-time!
England v GermanyWe're even having to watch it up here in Scotland

WTF can't they put 'sport' on a sport channel instead of ruining my evenings entertainment.
Or one of the other three channels they operate. I'm sure 'Katie Price's wedding dress diaries' or whatever bilge they show on ITV3 would miss less viewers than Corro. Grrrrr!!! nicanary said:
I've finally realised who Robert has styled himself upon - Fabrizio Ravanelli, the Silver Fox, formerly of Juventus and the mighty Middlesborough.
Mighty Middlesborough......I stood behind Fabrizio in a McDonalds queue in the M62 services at Hartshead Moor about twenty years ago...
Meanwhile back on the cobbles:-
I think old Roy's put his foot in it...but I'm glad because Fiz and Tyrone need bringing to book....despicable behaviour.
I don't rate Dev's businss acumen. Opening another fast-food outlet just a few steps away from an existing shop is just taking business away from yourself. It may be a different form of food, but late-night drunks don't take that into account. They'll eat whatever is handiest, even kebabs which are commonly made from cardboard and cat food.
I was a bit surprised to hear Ty mention the van's insurance - I had rather assumed that the storyline would reveal that he hadn't bothered. After all, he had simply bought the van to sell on - maybe he put it on the garage's trade policy. That's a trick the writers missed. It would have been more interesting if he had blown the crowdfunding on an uninsured van.
I'm getting more like the Enfield/Whitehouse old gits every day!

Utterly, desperately , irredeemably awful last night. Ludicrous script - is it now The Law that every single episode involves a visit from the police and /or ambulance ? They better buck their ideas up soon or I will lose faith after 40 years viewing.
I have said it before - multiple over dramatic plotlines don't belong on the Street and never have done . It is - or was- good at very slow burning plots and brilliant, funny , clever and touching characterisation of a superb ensemble cast .

I agree. Watching Corrie has become " What's the next ludicrous plotline to be introduced". Why don't they knock the factory down and build a combined hospital A&E and Police Station? Would save time and the expense of popping round there every episode.I have said it before - multiple over dramatic plotlines don't belong on the Street and never have done . Is the actor who plays Simon doing his GCSEs or something as he seems to have disappeared?

The addition of a secret back story to Billy seemed somewhat over the top....iandc said:

Shhhhh - They might bring him back....I'm wondering whether this new "Bad Billy" plot has been hastily devised and badly integrated, in order to justify Todd leaving the cast. A sort of "you're not the person I thought you were" scenario. Or maybe he leaves because Phelan and he have a run-in, with drastic consequences...........
Pat's back this week.

Im not sure as the chap that played Todd didn't film any extra scenes and they said that he had filmed up until Christmas. So I dare say we will get some bizarre story line where he disappears. Pat's back this week.
Also Simon in real life is 14 so maybe he is off studying, his acting his pretty bad so hopefully he is studying drama GCSE.

Shhhhh - They might bring him back....His previous career he was a miner.
Also it seemed that in my grandfathers previous role as a GP he had treated the Minister as a child - and they both now lived 250 miles away in a quiet 'retirement' village on the South Coast.
