Chuckles in places with Miche's Mum's one liners, and the serious tone to Steves' at the end , but still not the greatest of finales. Hopefully they'll call it a day now.

I thought this and the stag/hen were the best of the series. Some cracking lines. Gutted for Steves at the end.

Saw them perform at Bestival they're a lot more polished than when I saw them last year so maybe they've focused a bit on the live shows and the TV has suffered a bit.

After a few fans crawling out of the woodwork on the Netflix thread, and the fact that series 5 is imminent...I feel that PJDN deserves it's own thread.

The missus and myself have just finished series 3 and i'm rather pleased that there is still 4 and 5 left to watch.

I think a stand-out episode for me sofar has been the road trip to Ipswich (North haha), had me in stitches!

Rather like that the guys started this out on youtube, the whole thing has a very small scale, family feel to it. Apparently most of the dialogue is improvised which I guess adds to the "realism".

I genuinely think this show may be one of the most under-appreciated and under-watched comedies of recent years. Going to go back around to season 1 and start again i think, just to enjoy those early episodes more now i know the characters better.

Have I missed some of this? I've seen the webisodes and I think series 1&2 but don't think more than that.

There's YT vid of them on the decks at some party in LA, it was funny seeing the Yanks reaction.

"Beats and Grindah, here to get you hyper".

series 1-3 are on netflix, and i believe series 4 should be on iplayer. series 5 starts on BBC2 soon!

As i understand, the fifth series will be the final outing for the show.

Can't wait for the new season. Hugely underrated comedy IMO.

I think growing up around people like that makes it even funnier for me.

Steves is by far the best character.

Couldn’t ask for a better series opener, excited to see the rest hehe

Also saw this on Twitter, but I’ve also seen other hints from Grindah and Chabbuds that there may be a film. Not sure what that’d be about but I hope it’s true!

I recognised the place that the "car boot sale" was as the Water and Steam museum in Brentford - an incredible place to visit especially on the days when they steam everything up, they have some incredible machinery from the past in there (and seriously large scale).

As a series opener I thought it was pretty funny, better than the last series.
