Dexter Morgan vs Walter White
Discussion
Both good shows (one ended far better than the other IMO)
But try this
Dexter hears about the new crimelord Hisenberg and decides to do his thing. Walter is on his guard as he realizes someone (Dexter) is killing criminals.
Both have basic knowledge of each other
Both have 1 week of prep
Morals On
Both have access to whatever they used in their series
Will Dexter get Walter? Or will Hisenberg prevail?

Up to series 4 of bb I'd agree. Dexster would be using cling film and feed the fishies with Walt.
But after seeing the finale I reckon dexster's condo would be peppered with holes from a rigged up maxhine gun and he would be coming down with the 'flu'.
It's immaterial tho. As the bell tolled for Heisenberg (or did it?).

Haha. My two favourite TV shows!
I always said that Walt was as much, if not more, a psychopath than Dexter. Dexter lived within some rule - Walt bent and twisted the rules to suit his own.
That said, the point in Walt was that he was physically weak. Dexter was a weapon.
Both were hiding in plain sight. And equally tactical in their manipulation of others to attain their goals.
If Walt saw Dexter coming, it's a physical fight and Walt dies.
If Walt didn't see Dexter coming, Walt dies.
Although I accept there may be some hero worship going on here; Dexter was cool (< season 4)

Dexter is in a different league.
Heisenburg would not know what hit him.
Tell that to Gus.Heisenburg would not know what hit him.
Walt is a criminal genius who (by the end) consistently out thinks his foes, no matter how clever they think they are. He arguably planned the ending down to the last detail too.
It's a mute point though - Walt doesn't fit the code, as far as I remember?

Dexter would have Walt on the table I'm sure.
Walt winged it most of the time, he got very lucky on a few occasions whereas Dexter is mostly a very capable ruthless killer.

I'm not sure Walt met the code - it wasn't just about killing people, it was killing innocent people. As far as I can remember, everyone Walt killed was a killer/attempted killer themselves and he at least on occasion he did it to protect Jesse.
