I think Clarkson may have started filming his Amazon series (not a YT channel) before Harry started his Farm channel. If you look in one of Harrys videos when he's at a farm sale you can see him chatting to Clarkson who's got the Amazon cameras with him. They're not even remotely similar.
You might as well say Harry rips off Top Gear with his YouTube channel, they're not remotely similar.

I would think that 'Clarksons Farm' will mostly be a documentary on tax management using farm land, pensions wrappers and running a retail outlet at a loss while stocking it via a Lux based procurement operation. A sort of 'how to' guide for budding Bamfords, interspersed with accident cattle fistings? 
I suspect it'll be perfectly enjoyable for different reasons to Harry's content?

There is less than zero rivalry between us, let's face it he's a master at what he does and I can only think it's going to a positive thing for all UK farmers seeing how tricky it has been for JC battling nature, climate weirdness and the whims of Politicians, while simply trying to manage the land and produce a saleable crop at the end of the growing season.
He started filming this back in 2019, so it's been a long time coming..
