Who's doing the stalking? Should be easy to check phone records, me thinks.

Phone records showing is now inconclusive.

It's looking like you could be right - time will tell, hopefully.

This is just going down to ‘he said, she said’ and no actual resolution.

And yet again, my thoughts now smile

Dodgy activity around the cars and a previous conviction!!!

Bald copper seems to have made made his mind up already.

They've called her the "victim" a few times too.

Yes. When he said that, I turned to Mrs Garyhun and said “alleged” surely?

It was. It’s still an interesting insight to the process and how things are not always how they seem.

Really can’t make my mind up this week and I guess CPS decision backs that up.

Strange episode. I'm 50/50 on who was in the wrong, his other bail breach could have been another pub episode where words were exchanged?

Needs photographic proof. Something like being caught with a knife in hand after stabbing her.

ETA: As said, strange episode.

Pretty tame compared to digging up skeletons in back gardens.

All that stuff about "OMG he took 79 pictures of her 2 years ago". isn't that just pressing the shutter and keeping your finger on to do a "burst" of images. I've done that a few times, by mistake, to try out the feature. My new phone kind of does it automatically.Certainly looked that way.
Shows how a statement like that is a load of old pony designed to fool.

a women scorned and all that? I think somethings happened at one time (maybe a relationship/fling, maybe just a falling out) and there's a bit of bad blood. It didn't seem to me, from what was presented, that the CPS were going to run with it. If i had been on a jury and that was all they had I wouldn't have hesitated to acquit.

What did they have? Those burst pictures. The gifts he mostly denied sending. Him going round hers to "stroke the dog" A picture of him next to her friend (which means nothing, she could have gone up to him) Pretty weak stuff.

Pretty poor ep all told, apart from showing up how much Police resource gets tied up with a couple of timewasters who should both just grow up!

I found this episode disappointing too ,is it him ,is it her ?....confused

As said ,probably a huge back story never revealed to police.

I thought it was interesting in that it demonstrated that often it is he says/she says and not possible to 100% prove something - much like last week when they showed that when a witness does not support a case then there is not much they can do.

The evidence seemed pretty thin. probably the right result.

I thought the woman's decor was pretty tacky.
