I'm sorry but repeatedly calling him "vulnerable" is getting on my nerves.

The just stabbed his mother.

What a horrible individual, a complete and utter waste of oxygen.
He’s, quite obviously, seriously mentally ill.

Same here, he also failed to appear in court for carrying an offensive weapon. He may have mental health issues but IMO he is also bad.

Why are the accounts of the paramedics and responding officers considered hearsay evidence?
Why can't they make written/recorded statements - surely then it wouldn't be hearsay?

He has issues but he's switched on enough to realise he needs a solicitor.

And I'm always dubious when people start "talking" to the devil etc...

His brother is certainly a wrong un...

Philip Stephenson, 31, Jamie Recardo, 24, and Malaki St Juste, 19, lured two victims under the pretext of buying cannabis or selling mobile phones then violently assaulted them – often using weapons to threaten them including a machete and a knife.

Bingo! Looks like that is what they're going to do.

The daily battle with CPS and the usual disgraceful attitude of so called mental health specialists.
If that guy was released and killed someone, there would only be one organisation in the news and under investigation and that's the Police. The actual facts regarding the abject failure of the other organisations would be ignored

At least he's off the streets and hopefully getting some help.

Eventful week for that family!

Hospital refusing to release medical proof of stabbing and healthcare professionals unwilling to look at him because nowhere yo put him if mentally ill. Police picking up the pieces again. Well done in end though.

In fairness, the hospital would be open to legal action by the family and were kind of damed if they did, damned if they didn't. Certainly unfair that it's left to the Police to sort things out in cases like this though.

The sad fact is it's not actually shocking because it happens every day in every custody block around the country.

I honestly thought it was all an act to begin with and I'm not convinced some of it wasn't, 'hearing voices', 'talking to the devil' etc.
Tough job for the police and it was good to see them standing up against the CPS and applying some common sense, it was clear he shouldn't be released back into society in the state he was in.

I must admit to only watching it with one eye on it because matey boy immediately put me on the back foot wiv all da gangsta speak on arrest, so I dediced to surf PH instead.

Was he a walking talking (not very much) advert against the legalisation of cannabis on account of its potential to lead to schizophrenia in some cases?

Or had he always been mentally ill?
