Some dreary films in this thread! Don't people like to watch new things? There is no film I would rather re-watch over a new film I hadn't seen before instead. The closest is Raiders Of The Lost Ark, probably. But I'm only saying that because I've watched it a few times and haven't seen it for years.
Lord Of The Rings Trilogy? Bloody hell.

Some great suggestions so far!
I'm a big fan of Westerns:
-Pale Rider
-True Grit
-Big Jake
-Rooster Cogburn
-The Good the Bad and the Ugly
-The Magnificent Seven
War Films:
-Where Eagles Dare
-Battle of the Bulge
-Kelly's Heroes
-The Great Escape
-Von Ryan's Express
-Enemy at the Gates
-Zulu
-All the Bonds (especially Roger Moore era)
-Original Star Wars
-Indiana Jones
-House of Flying Daggers
-Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
-American Beauty
-The Shawshank Redemption
-Dances with Wolves
-Jurassic Park 1 + 3
-Mission Impossible 2
I'll no doubt think of lots more later!

Lots of great suggestions so far, only two I can add are:
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (took me about 5 watches to remember how it ends)
Super Troopers (possibly the silliest film I have ever seen, and never fails to make me laugh out loud, especially the opening scene and the "meow" prank).

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrells
Rock 'n' Rolla
The Rock (previously mentioned)
The Italian Job (original)
Rush
Lucky number sLeven
Swordfish
The Bank Job (I know it's a Jason Statham film but it's actuially pretty good!)
And the best of the lot? The Business.
There are many more. "Modern" films are rarely as good as films from even 10 years ago - they've either been done before (how many variances of violent revenge/romance can there really be?) or there's too much reliance on technology - it's cheaper to CGI a sinking ship or car speeding through a city smashing stuff up on the way or a warehouse explosion than it is to actually make it happen. Health and safety boffins help stop play too.
