The wife and I had a guesstimate as to how much it would cost to have a chef like him.

Finger in the air...

£70k salary - minimum
£Tax & NI
£Company car
£Travel with family
£Cottage in the grounds
£Usual holidays and stat stuff

Loads...

£150-200k a year?

I’m placing my bet that Matt will be a finalist. Fantastic stuff.

He's been doing this stuff for a while - his intro said he was BBC young chef of the year runner up when he was younger too.

I think he'll make it to the finals too. He seems very composed and in control.

Is Matt employed as a private chef by just one family? I think I need that in my life

I was thinking that, but ultimately I think it would just lead to my family and me being as fat as fk. Maybe better to have a private chef just for when at the holiday home or on the yacht, etc. biggrin

Yes it has modified petorial fins that allow it to "walk" on the sea bed.
