Shame Max messed up on the egg course thought he was awesome on his rounds earlier but there are 2 outstanding cheifs in this round for sure, want the try tha basil sorbet!
This is going to be very difficult decision to loose 2 out of these 4! The last guy is causing division between the judges, take my hat off for trying something new, the 1st guy perhaps being too safe a choice!
