Wouldnt say slipping up but I think Alex is probably as far as he should go but fantastic chef with so little exp and time to show his own designs and idea with his current job!

Should be proud of what he has done!

Want to taste that scotch bonnet gel!

Lucky boy William. He's not going to win it.

Matthew, Lawrence and Dean are the last 3 IMO.
That would be my bet too.

Wasn't that more the "regular" Masterchef that they provided recipes from, hasn't "Masterchef: The Professionals" always been a bit on the pretentious side.

Just caught up - some cracking cookery there but I do agree with the result - William is a very lucky boy. I think though on balance, he's got the more to offer - bit more exciting.

Well, I’m a bit tired, late home and on the grumpy side this evening.....

But I thought those five were just coasting and were nowhere like the teamwork of yesterday

And had I been lucky enough to be at one of those dinners, I would have hoped it was yesterday’s

I'm thinking of instigating a "Masterchef: The Professionals" drinking game.

Do a shot every time anyone says:

3 ways
Confit
Reduction
Pan-fried
Girolle

Anyone want to get that drunk?
