Wouldnt say slipping up but I think Alex is probably as far as he should go but fantastic chef with so little exp and time to show his own designs and idea with his current job!
Wasn't that more the "regular" Masterchef that they provided recipes from, hasn't "Masterchef: The Professionals" always been a bit on the pretentious side.
Just caught up - some cracking cookery there but I do agree with the result - William is a very lucky boy. I think though on balance, he's got the more to offer - bit more exciting.
