Just thinking how some of those that have fallen by the wayside would have been sunk in this environment. Now seeing how great these guys are when being stretched.

Don’t want any of these three to lose!

He's a such positive chef Michael Caines. Full of encouragement. Not a shouty tt like Gordon Ramsay and some others.
