Last of the Summer Wine.

I was very sad when it ended, especially as the slightly younger cast members (Russ Abbott and Co) introduced near the end seemed to give the series a new lease of life.

Just found out that Bob Symes died on Monday, the media ignored this.

They should reboot Tomorrow's World. Give it a gimmick-free revamp. Folk should be interested in the future and the possibilities it could bring.

Bloody Hell, Last of the Summer wine festered like a gangrenous axe wound for the best part of thirty years on BBC, and you want to bring it back? wink

The Secret Life of Machines. Great series with Tim Hunkin.

Used to bump into him a few times in Southwold.

I rewatched knightrider as an adult - kinda ruins it...

Knightmare though or the crystal maze, but how about NOT using celebs, just normal folk like they used to?

It's time to hark back to a simpler time, just a man with his pipe telling stories of a bygone age in a shed.

bounce Bagpuss. - trouble is they would spoil it by making him all hip and it would be CGI rather than stop motion and voiced by David Walliams.

Telegraph 2009: Children's favourite Bagpuss will not return to television after the son of creator Oliver Postgate said he does not want a "lightweight” remake using CGI animation.

"Now get out of that".

Used to love coming home from school and watching it on BBC2.
